Mike handled my car accident in which I was the Plaintiff. I was kept abreast of everything, of our status, he had great recommendations for me regarding my case and we were offered a settlement in terms of right around where he projected we would be at. His assistant Caren is also very thorough and competent. No complaints here. I would recommend Mike to anyone for your personal injury or medical malpractice suit. I hired attorney coughenour my workman’s comp claim was denied he worked very hard to help me out I hadn’t been paid since October of 24 he fought for me we went to a hearing at the department of labor and he was absolutely fantastic I won the case then the insurance company didn’t appeal now I get all my money they owe me plus I can finally have my surgery on my arm which is a torn rotator cuff and I get all everything paid for thank you so much for everything you did for me I’ll never forget you

Attorney Coughenour (Jamie) handled my workers compensation case and is handling my personal injury case. It became far to complicated for me to go it alone, Jamie was/is very professional and friendly and took both cases by the horns if you will, he dealt with the insurance companies opposing counsel, but ran everything by me first, he got me a nice settlement for my workers comp case of which I would have accepted what the opposing attorney offered, because I didn’t know any different.
